ARCHITECTONIC IDEAS

Each design have some process. Like our sites plan. With first prejury, how will be progress is giving some meanings. First of all, we give more attention to the green areas outside of the area. How it shaped is another problem for us but we try to find some specific solutions for them. So lets start with what is our ideas and how they shaped till the second.   First of all we should create connection between green and concrete not. There will be concentric connection and how we apply to this is important. Some points there will be direct relation with streets while some of them it just create connection with only houses. We actually take guide as a surrounding buildings. Where 4-5 parcel lines come together, there is some  longitudinal houses and where there is linear order there is actually same rhythm across the street. So this is our starting point to the area. As BSA, we want to use backyard gardens in the most efficient manner. To do this, We decided to break parcel lines inside of the area while we keep it outside of it. How we break it is important here. All specific backyard areas start to define one single green areas which both member of the sites and surroundings will benefit from it. And here is concept of this idea:   Black ropes define valid parcel lines. (We merge some of them where we need it but generally parcel lines are keep their own quality)  Gray ropes define our green spaces but as i said before this is much more conceptual. According to critics, these green areas will start to create different relations between houses in parcel lines.

One of the our concern is related with how green takes people' attraction from the outside. And then we decided to work about it. We plan that the area has 5 different entrances and each of them has different qualities. Their lenghts, wideness, visions and this kind of qualities clarify what entrance aimed at like walking into them or just visual attraction to the outsiders. So here is how our Entrances look like Last one is much different than others and thats why I did not added into other one. In this one enclosure defines an entrance and there is linear vision from outside of the area which located at corner and also position of houses shape around this vision in the right. Most probably these can be improved till the end of the project but even beginning gives us some meaningful idea.
