Architectural tour in Ankara (04 assignment)

          It was a rainy day… Again noone has no idea what we are doing… This is a kind of principles of being architechture student. Sounds echoing like “its up to you!” in studio.Then we recognized that nothing can be same after this trip… Here comes new assignment. Last friday we take an architectural tour in Ankara and we have to focus light and shadow qualities in Buildings. In poster (which is on the left) you can see old buildings. They may seem like normal structure but when we think that 1920-30s, they are really important and well designed buildings for Ankara.











 Also there are more photos when i took this trip. I didn't add these pictures to my poster thats why i couldnt find exact texture in these photos.

OLD STONE AGE ARCHITECTURE Both structures technology and rituel usage of architecture increase rapidly. Neanderthals and cro-magnons start to create some materials in these times.To protect themselves from air conditions, they use fur outside of the structures. Also they negotiate with nature in religion principles. This situation affect hunters directly. Death is a mysterious thing for them and architecture change in the shape of death and religion. Caves become temples for example. And hunters start to use art as a intermediate. Art is a huge significance in there. Because art is much more different than physical world and thanks to art we can find ...

06 assignment Orthographic Projection

Here is another reason for cancer : Drawing tape dispenser using orthographic projection. I hear that you asking whether is that a prank or not. If you are architecure student, you should get used to this kind of unbelieveable assignment and of course there is no way for prank in architecture studio. Whatever, in this drawing, real proportion was used by me and as you know, sometimes something happened without your control. There are some notes in my drawing which reveals my mistakes and after critics i learn how can I draw with ortographic style. In addition, if you want to learn what ortographic projection means, here comes : orthographic projection (n)   projection of a single view of an object (as a view of the front) onto a drawing surface in which the lines of projection are perpendicular to the drawing surface  And here is my model (tape dispenser) and my drawing :
